Data introduction

We start clicking the button “ STOCKS MANAGEMENT ” in our Excel spreadsheet, then a noticeboard will appear with the followings buttons :

New Stocks management : When pressing the button “ New stocks management ” a new message will appear asking us if we want to delete all the store data in order to create a new management of stocks. This button will eliminate all the entrances and exits of the products as well as its characteristics.

New Product : Clicking this button we can add the new product or the new material to our management. To do this we must fill in the following fields:

Code of the product: You have to introduce the code of the product which must be unique for each product, and this code will identify it. For instance, it can be the barcode or an alphanumeric codification.

Name: Denomination of the product or material.

Description : Text which is fit out to describe the product in detail or the material we wish to add in the data base.

Modify a product : Making click in this button we have access to a new formulary where we can select the code of the product, and we can also modify the name or even its description.

Material movements (entrance & exit) - Macro Excel Management of stocks.

In the formulary of the Macro Excel Management of Stocks and department store, we find two buttons of entry and exit of every material..

Entrance : Clicking the button “ IN ”, a new formulary will appear, where we can fill the selected fields of entry merchandise. The fields to complete are the following:

Code of the product : We select the code we want to add the entrance, this selection will be made by means of the Combo box, where we will find all the materials and products we have added before.

Name : When selecting the code of the product automatically appears the name of the product, this name has been added before.

Current Stock : This field appears automatically the current stock of the product or material. This is the result of the calculation of all the exits and entrances movements of the selected product.

Entrance Quantity : In this field we introduce the quantity we want to entry in our system.

Supplier: We introduce the name of the supplier which gives to us the entrance of the material

Reception Date : We introduce the date we deliver the product we want to income, it will be introduced with the following format : dd/mm/aaaa, example - 25/09/2007

Delivery note of the supplier : We introduce the delivery note of the supplier, this code will allow us to make traceability about our storage.

Exit : When pressing the button “ OUT” a new formulary will appear where we will fill the selected fields in order to give the merchandise exits. The fields to complete are the following :

Code of the product : We select the code of the product we want to exit

Name: It refers to the name or denomination of the selected product.

Current Stock: It shows the quantity of available stock of the product or material.

Exit Quantity : We introduce the quantity of the product we want exit.

Balanced Stock : It shows the quantity that results of the subtract of the current stock with the exit stock we have introduce.

Customer: We introduce the name of the client who is going to receive the merchandise.

Exit date : We introduce the date when we register the exit of the material.

Delivery note of the Client: We introduce the delivery note code, with it we register the exit to the customer.

Automatic reports about stocks and warehouse managements - Macro Excel Vba.

To make a good management of the stock we have to know the current stock of our products, as well as making some analysis that allow us having always a minimal stock to satisfy our clients.
